देशभर के विश्वविद्यालयों व लॉ कॉलेजों को एलएलबी अंतिम वर्ष व इंटरमीडिएट की परीक्षा लेना अनिवार्य होगा....

देशभर के विश्वविद्यालयों व लॉ कॉलेजों को एलएलबी अंतिम वर्ष व इंटरमीडिएट की परीक्षा लेना अनिवार्य होगा। हालांकि यह परीक्षा ऑफलाइन ही लेना जरूरी नहीं है, ऑनलाइन या ओपन बुक एग्जाम आदि के जरिए ली जा सकती है। कौनसा पैटर्न अपनाएं, यह विवि या कॉलेजों पर निर्भर करेगा। बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया ने यह फैसला इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के पूर्व चीफ जस्टिस गोविंद माथुर की अध्यक्षता में गठित 14 सदस्यीय उच्च स्तरीय समिति की रिपोर्ट के बाद किया है।

बार काउंसिल ने देशभर के विभिन्न कॉलेजों व छात्रों से परीक्षा के संबंध में मिले पत्रों के बाद समिति गठित करने का फैसला किया था। गत 29 मई को समिति का गठन किया गया और उसने 8 जून को अपनी रिपोर्ट पेश कर दी। रिपोर्ट में कहा गया कि लंबी चर्चा व विचार-विमर्श के बाद समिति इस पर सहमत है कि प्रत्येक विवि, लॉ कॉलेज या सेंटर इंटरमीडिएट और अंतिम वर्ष के स्टूडेंट्स की परीक्षा लेंगे, यह खुद के संसाधन, व्यवस्था और उस क्षेत्र में कोविड-19 के प्रभाव को देखते हुए ली जाएगी। अंतिम वर्ष की परीक्षा लेना सभी विवि व लॉ कॉलेजों के लिए अनिवार्य होगा।

The Bar Council had decided to constitute the committee after receiving letters regarding the examination from various colleges and students across the country. The committee was constituted on 29th May and submitted its report on 8th June. The report said that after lengthy discussions and deliberations, the committee has agreed that each university, law college or center will conduct the examination of intermediate and final year students, with its own resources, arrangements and measures against Kovid-19 in that area. Considering the effect will be taken. It will be mandatory for all universities and law colleges to take the final year examination.
